We coordinate with FAME and other similar programs to help Team Members advance their education while working in a manufacturing career. We also offer tuition reimbursement after one year of employment.
Health Benefits
After 30 days of employment, our Team Members may opt to receive competitive medical, dental, and vision coverage. We also offer other group benefits and policies such as AD&D, Life, and Cancer policies.
retirement benefits
Team Members are automatically enrolled in Toyotetsu's 401k program after 30 days of employment. Each TM may opt out, but are encouraged to contribute. Our 401k program includes an employer contribution.

Team Members are encouraged to begin each workday with the goal of advancement not only for themselves but for Toyotetsu as a company. We encourage promotion from within and provide continual training to those who wish to further their career here.
